Super Girl

We made it to St. Louis with no problems. Kenlee was great in the car. Kenlee and mom slept a lot of the way up.

When we were up here a couple weeks ago we got a lot of the pre admit items done so our day would not be as crazy. We first met with the physician assistant for the surgeon. She went over what tomorrow would bring and checked over Kenlee.

We then needed an X-ray to check her lungs. Children’s hospital is decorated very kid friendly and the X-ray area was really neat. It was a sports/baseball theme. It was the Joe Buck Imaging Center so let’s just say we were surrounded by cardinals memorabilia. There was a picture of Busch stadium and Jeremy told Kenlee that it would be a better picture if it was Wrigley field and the Cubs! We are teaching her early.

Our last stop was where we will be going tomorrow for the surgery. We met with the Nurse and Anesthesiologist to go over what tomorrow will bring. I know our little girl is in good hands! Kenlee got weighted and she was 10.1 pounds. I am glad she is putting on some weight.

After all of that we were done at the hospital. We then checked in at our hotel. I am so thankful for all those years I traveled for work to be able to have reward points to stay for free. We are relaxing in the room now. I know we need our rest for our big day tomorrow.

Thank you again for everyone’s support and prayers.
