Kenlee did great last night! She is getting more alert and seems to not be in much pain. They were in and out of the room all night checking on her. I was able to get some sleep but will be heading to the hotel when dad gets here. Here is the view I had last night.
Just looking at this little girl it makes my heart whole. She had a hole but now is whole. I never planned on having my little baby having to go through anything like this so I really don’t know how to take everything in. There are times of tears and then times of smiles. I know that she has nothing in her way! She is a fighter! I look forward to raising her and watching her succeeded.
The nurses are great! They talk everything through and answer all my silly questions. I am looking forward to rounds to hear what they have planned for her recovery.
Once again thank you to my family for being here. That means the world to Jeremy and I. I can feel the prayers, I have just an ease about everything and know that God has this in his control!
